Hi. I am Michelle Porche. I am a wheelchair user with spastic cerebral palsy. I have over thirty years of professional experience as an advocate for others with physical and mental health disabilities.

Personally, I am an integral part of an incredible family including my spouse of over seven years. I have many friends and interests, especially traveling overseas to experience other cultures. My spiritual life is richly rewarding. I feel valued by those I love and grateful for the many blessings in my life.

Life experiences have provided me with the ability to confront and successfully overcome all kinds of obstacles.  I own my home and have time for leisure pursuits. I can say, without reservation, that I live the life I want and live it on my own terms. If we work together, I want to help you identify your desired goals and figure out how to achieve them. My plan is to help you go from where you are now to where you want to be. If this is interesting, please send me a message.

I strongly believe that everyone has something essential to contribute to our world.  Given the right supports, they can do just that, regardless of the challenges they face. I founded Peak Potential Coaching to help you identify and achieve goals.

I also routinely speak to groups on the following topics:

  • What’s Next: Achieving Successful Transition Outcomes for Students with Disabilities
  • So You Want to Work: Ways to Achieve Your Goals
  • Stress Reduction: Understanding Stress and Coping with It
  • Pain Management
  • Grief: The Price of Love
  • Addiction
  • Special Education services, including modules on the Individual Education Plan process, 504 Requirements, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Americans with Disabilities Act
  • And More
